You can log in to the Member Dashboard anytime, as long as you are in good standing with us, and have been fully validated.


If you cannot log in, please check the following:

1. Try resetting your password

2. Email us at the support helpdesk

3. Ensure that you have not been flagged and your account is in good standing


Reset Your Password:

You can unsubscribe from the Member Dashboard at any time. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to the Member Dashboard by using the link: https://platform.slicemr.com/newdesign/site/slicemr/memberlogin.php

2. If you just forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" under the Password text box. It will ask you for the email you used to sign up with us on the panel. You must provide the same email address as you used to register, otherwise it will tell you that your email cannot be found. Click Reset.

3. You will receive a Password Reset email in your inbox, that will allow you access to the account, and will overwrite the password you used previously. Please note that if you get multiple Password Reset emails because you have clicked this multiple times, you will have to use the most recent password to log in.



Email the Support Helpdesk:

This may take a bit longer, but please email us at support@slicemr.com and let us know that you have tried the step above to reset your password. 

We can do one of the following for you:

1. Generate a Password reset email for you (if it has not worked earlier)

2. Create a password for you to overwrite it for your account.

3. Inform you if you have any blocks on your account that is preventing you from accessing your Member Dashboard.

Let us know in the email if there is a specific option you would prefer for your password check.



Preventing Log in:

We do not tolerate fraud on our panel. If your account is suspected of being fraudulent, or has been flagged by our client or our team, you will be removed from the panel and you will not be able to be able to join the panel again.

Here are some of the checks performed on our panel.

1. You must primarily live in Canada, USA or UK.

2. You can only have one account per panel (Slice Business Rewards and/or Slice Rewards). This includes different emails belonging to the same person.

3. You must answer the sign up questions truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.

4. Our Security Checks constantly flag your account as fraud.

Slice MR has the right to remove and or terminate your membership at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity on the panel (listed or unlisted checks).
