You can withdraw your incentive from your Member Dashboard account, anytime your account reaches a balance of over $20 in released credits.
To withdraw your incentive, you must have the following:
1. Your login information to the Member Dashboard (sent to you when you were first verified as a panel member).
2. Your released incentives must be over $20.
How to withdraw your incentive:
1. Log in to the Member Dashboard by using the link: https://platform.slicemr.com/newdesign/site/slicemr/memberlogin.php
Note: if you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address you used to sign up on the panel with in the field. You will be sent a new password.
2. Once you are logged in, click on "Dashboard" on the left hand side, and this page has 3 tabs.
a. Potential Earning - studies that you have been invited to, but have not participated in yet.
b. Payments Overview - Incentives you have earned, and your incentive history.
c. Withdraw Credit - Request to withdraw incentives, and send the request to Incentive Processing.
3. Click on "Withdraw Credit" tab at the top of this page. You will see the following page, and can see the total released credit is $30.
4. If the total released credit that you can redeem is over $20, you will see the Withdrawal box at the bottom of the page, with the Incentive options and the text box to add the amount you would like to withdraw.
5. Put in the amount you would like to withdraw from your current outstanding released Incentives, choose the Incentive Option (currently we only have Amazon available), and click Withdraw. Our Incentive Processing Department will get a notification that you have requested your incentive, and it will begin processing.
6. Typically, Incentive Processing takes about 3-7 days. Please contact us at support@slicemr.com if you have not received it in that time.
7. At the top of the Withdraw Incentive page, you will see all the incentives you have requested that have not been processed yet, and this allows you to see when you have made the withdrawal request. Your new request will be listed here.
Note: This is a record of withdraw requests for your incentives. Once processed, they will be removed from this list and the Incentive withdrawal box will be removed.
8. Once your incentive has been processed, the Withdraw Credit tab will show the outstanding incentive you have earned, and if it is less than $20 dollars, the Withdraw option text boxes will be hidden.
