You can unsubscribe from the Slice MR Panel at any time.
There are currently 2 ways to unsubscribe:
1. Member Dashboard
2. Invitation Email
Member Dashboard:
You can unsubscribe from the Member Dashboard at any time. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to the Member Dashboard by using the link: https://platform.slicemr.com/newdesign/site/slicemr/memberlogin.php
2. Once you are logged in, click on "Your Log In Information" tab at the top of the page, and click "Delete Account"
3. Please click the "Leave Panel and Delete Account" button in the pop-up that appears.
4. After clicking, there will be a page to let us know what the reason is for why you want to leave (this is optional) and a confirmation where you must type out "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in capitals (no spaces) to ensure that you understand that your account is getting removed, your data is getting deleted, and your pending incentives will be removed.
5. Click "Delete my profile and clear my credit" at the bottom of the page, and your data will be removed from our server, and you will no longer be able to be contacted by us.
Invitation Email:
Any email invitations for surveys that you receive from Slice MR will have an unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
1. Once you are invited to a study, scroll to the bottom of the email, and click "Unsubscribe me from your panel."
2. You will be taken to a page to confirm that you want to Opt Out, and to leave an optional reason for why you would like to be removed, so Slice MR can do better. You will have to confirm that you want to be removed by typing "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in capitals (no quotes) to ensure that you understand that your account is getting removed, your data is getting deleted, and your pending incentives will be removed.
3. Click "Delete my profile and clear my credit" at the bottom of the page, and your data will be removed from our server, and you will no longer be able to be contacted by us.
Note: Please make sure that when you unsubscribe, you have collected the incentives released to your account. You must have a balance of over 25 dollars to withdraw your incentive from the portal. Please see FAQ for how to withdraw your incentive from your account.
